It is mainly for this reason that we have developed our event guarantee by City Games, allowing you to modify your type of activity up to 48 hours before your activity at no cost .
The weather is disastrous? Collaborators have withdrawn? You don't have enough time? Don't worry, you won't have to cancel your event because we offer you the solution. Thanks to our 4 types of activities: face-to-face, geolocalized face-to-face, hybrid and virtual, you have the possibility to adapt your activity up to 48 hours in advance according to the new requirements you have. It's easy to do. You can transform your activity online via your customer account in a snap! Of course, you can always contact us if you wish.
For example, in case of bad weather, it is possible to transform your outdoor activity into an indoor activity for a moment of laughter and relaxation under cover! All you need is to foresee an indoor space just in case and we will replace your Geolocalized game with our Level Up game, created just for this purpose. If you wish to pay by invoice, please make your reservation via email by clicking here.
You have up to 7 days prior to your activity to cancel your reservation without charge. The refund will be made to the same credit card used for your purchase. Please allow a few days for the amount to appear in your account.
Keep in mind, however, that when you book an activity with City Games, you benefit from an event guarantee offering unique flexibility up to 24 hours before your activity.

Don't panic. With City Games, the weather is not a problem. Contact us up to 24 hours before your activity and we will be happy to find a solution with you. Indeed, it is possible to transform your outdoor activity into an indoor activity for a moment of laughter and relaxation under cover! We will replace your Geolocalized activity with a static indoor activity in the indoor venue you have reserved.
If you are worried about the weather, remember to foresee an indoor venue just in case!
It's very simple. When you book your activity online, pay for the minimum number of participants you expect to have on the day. In case the number of participants increases before the date of your event, you can simply go to your account on our website and modify the number of participants in your reservation. You then pay the difference and that's it!
Yes, we offer several customization options.
It is possible to add your personalized branding when you order online. You will have to send us your logo in high resolution in Jpeg, Png or PSD format as well as your color to info@citygames.ch. This service will be charged at CHF 120.
It is also possible to change the start and end points at a flat rate of CHF 120.
You can also purchase customization packs that allow you to add your own questions to your game. Note that not all of our games allow you to add your own questions. Games such as Escape or Murder at the Manorhouse do not offer this feature.
It is also possible to create a fully customized game. Contact us by email and we will be happy to discuss with you and propose a quote adapted to your needs.
We will be happy to change the date of your activity at no charge up to 48 hours before the start of your game. However, we cannot guarantee that the new date will be available in our schedule, but please contact us and we will find a solution together.
After 48 hours, for logistical reasons, a fee of CHF 120 will be charged.
First of all, it is important to know that every game City Games can be played in Self-Run. This option is the most advantageous and we recommend it for small groups. If you have any questions during your activity, you can always contact us at the following number: +41 32 841 41 46.
If you choose a remote facilitator, you will benefit from his or her support throughout your activity. The facilitator will be in charge of awarding points to your photo and video challenges, which will encourage competitiveness between teams.
For the adequate development of your activity, it is imperative to choose a place with a minimum 4G network. The choice of an indoor or outdoor location will have an impact on the games at your disposal. Indeed, the games requiring geolocalized points are only intended to be played outdoors.
For outdoor locations, we recommend cities as they offer an excellent playground.

For a Geolocalized face-to-face activity, only a mobile phone with internet connection will be required for at least one player per team. It is also important to make sure that there is a sufficient internet connection in the are you have chosen to play.
For static face-to-face activities, a minimum of one mobile phone per team and an internet connection are also required. You will also need to make sure that you have a place available for your activity.
For online or hybrid activities, participants will need one mobile phone with internet connection per person and a computer, also connected to the internet. The phone allows the connection to the game while the computer, via Zoom, allows the interaction between the participants.
